We are not a wholesaler at this time, but can offer a volume discount based on your request.

We do offer a few different types of personalisation. **For all LOGO prints, please email us at thewholebagco@gmail.com and upload image before purchasing**

Your logo/ artwork image requirements:
1. High resolution image 200-300 pixels
2. PNG or Vector file works best (WITHOUT black or coloured background)
3. The name of the fonts used also helps us to provide you the best print.
++ We are NOT able to print photos or 3D images (Eg. jewelry, people)

We do not offer this service at this time. You must provide your own logo files. We do have a list of preselected fonts to choose from if you do not have a logo ready for print.

You MUST upload your logo for review before ordering.

In terms of print colors, We offer up to 3 printed colors for an additional cost. See shop item menus.
++ Glitter print is NOT available at this time.

We require up to 7 business days to print your order. This is quite a busy time for us, and we are doing our best to meet all shipping dates.
Expected Standard delivery time is currently 7-15 business days from date shipped. Please note at this time delays can be expected because of high volumes of shipping at USPS/ Canada Post due to COVID-19.

For all design preview images we send to you for bag prints, I do require that the use of ALL artwork be accompanied by an appropriate image/artwork credit and linked back to our company (Our website or social media handles: @thewholebagco) The Whole Bag Co. which is a sub-company under Azetta Design Studio Inc.

This helps to avoid copyright issues. We also reserve the right to grant permission in writing for any of my artwork to be used for commercial purposes.
